I hold a Master’s in Accounting and bring hands-on public accounting experience across multiple industries. Today, I leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline the close, deliver real-time insights, and keep clients ahead of the curve. My goal is simple—combine precision with innovation so every business owner we work with can make confident, data-driven decisions. .

I’m Emma Gibson, co-founder at AZM and the one who bridges creativity with analytics. Before helping clients understand their numbers, I ran my own profitable Etsy shop—where I learned that data tells the real story behind every product, price, and customer. That experience sparked my love for data analytics, and now I use it to uncover patterns, track performance, and turn spreadsheets into simple, actionable insights that help business owners grow with confidence.
